This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking. The pages do not load anything from third-party services. Fonts and all other files are served from our own hosting, described below.
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and CloudFront), and requests reach it through Cloudflare, which provides our domain's DNS and acts as a network proxy. To deliver the pages to you, both providers necessarily process your IP address and the technical details of your request, and may keep them briefly in their own logs for security and operations. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors to Cloudflare, to help keep the connection reliable. We have not turned on access logging, so we do not keep a record of visits.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss any work you ask us about. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which stores these messages on our behalf. We keep emails as long as we need them for that conversation or any resulting work, and as long as the law requires for business records. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or taking steps toward a contract at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
